The Charger by Emotion is the ultimate recreational kayak, boasting superior stability, tracking, and maneuverability in rough surf and smooth water alike. Designed to play in the surf and/or for use in ponds, lakes, streams, and back bays, the Charger features a minimal rocker and upswept bow to handle heavy chop, while the unique hull design with keel provide superior tracking and maneuverability. Equipped with self-bailing scuppers and stainless steel padeyes at the handle points on the bow and stern for extra strength, the Chopper can handle whatever conditions you take it into.
Constructed of specially compounded polyethylene plastic that is easy to repair and UV resistant, the Charger is built for long-term recreational use. The kayak boasts a comfortable sit-on-top contoured seat area as well as an extra-long foot well area for taller paddlers. A rear cargo area behind the seat is designed to accommodate a cooler and is equipped with a bungee cord for secure carrying. An area is also available for an optional marine grade cargo hatch system. Weighing in at just 39 pounds, one person can lift and load/unload the Charger with relative ease. Two side grab handles ease the process even more and dual carrying handles at each end of the kayak make it easy for two people to carry and lift it together. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and is given and accepted in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. The remedies of the purchaser for any breach of warranty shall be limited to those provided herein to the exclusion of any and all other remedies including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the product, or refund of the purchase price, at our option. No agreement varying or extending the foregoing warranty remedies or this limitation will be binding upon seller unless in writing, signed by a duly authorized officer of seller. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If defect in workmanship or material occurs, please notify Emotion Kayaks, describing the problem along with all pertinent information as to model, serial number, date and location of purchase, proof of purchase, and your full name, phone number and address. All kayaks for commercial use such as: pro-deals, rentals, camps, educational, store demos or those kayaks identified as demo, seconds, blems or institutional, are covered for one year under warranty.
